📋 Requirements

Minimum Requirements

Note: While the addon is expected to work on macOS and Linux, it has only been tested on Windows. Please report any issues on other platforms.

📦 Installation

1. Download the ZIP file from Gumroad
2. Open Blender
3. Go to Edit > Preferences > Add-ons
4. Click "Install..." and select the downloaded ZIP file
5. Enable the addon by checking the checkbox
6. Find the panels:
   • Output Properties: Properties > Output Properties > YTs Camera Resolution Switcher
   • Camera Data: Properties > Camera Data Properties > Camera Resolution

🚀 Quick Start

1. Initialize common presets by clicking the preset icon (📋) in the Output Properties panel

   

2. Select a camera in your scene
3. Enable "Use Custom Resolution" in the Camera Data Properties

   

4. Apply a preset or customize the resolution manually

   

5. Switch between cameras to see automatic resolution changes

💡 Tips & Tricks

• Initialize common presets first for quick access to standard resolutions
• Use the swap button (🔄) to quickly toggle between portrait and landscape modes

• Camera resolution automatically applies when you select different cameras

🐛 Known Issues / Limitations

• Camera auto-switching does not work during active rendering
• With multiple Blender windows, only the first window's camera view switches
• Camera selection changes are not recorded in undo history
